Somewhere in Michigan, a 9-year-old boy called Alex, has had affection for horses since he was 2 years. It never surprised those who know him when his wish at Make-A-Wish Foundation, was to meet Budweiser Clydesdales, the world-famous horse.
As part of the St. Louis Cardinals’ opening day ceremony, in 2011, Alex rode the Budweiser Clydesdale hitch around Busch Stadium, making his wish come true. Alex kept waving behind the horses, as the speakers sang “Here Comes The King,” making the crowd cheer standing. He waved to baseball fans, friends and family, as he took the laps around the field. He must have been a sweet moment for him, for the American tradition and the pop culture in the last 30years, the Budweiser Clydesdales have been essential.
Although the transport mechanisms of horses possess specific fans and windows for safety purposes on the Dalmatian, this shows detailed pride of the company in the animal care.
Alex was quoted saying that it was his best day ever, and went ahead thanking the Make A Wish Foundation, and the Anheuser-Busch, for making his wish come true!
